Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (soft)
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheets.
    Using mixer, cream sugars, butter and oil; add vanilla and eggs. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
    Mix in pecans.
    Roll by teaspoons into sugar, place on cookie sheet and mash with glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove when cookies are light brown.
    They become crispy when cool.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen. Really good.
