Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 6 oz. jar baby carrots (Jr. food)
Preparation
    Pour batter into one large or two small bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes (less for small pans).
