Meringue Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 foamy egg whites
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Beat until foamy the egg whites and add
a pinch of salt, cream of tartar and sugar, gradually.
Continue beating 10 minutes.
Pour into well-greased rectangular 9 x 14-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
Cool.
