Pineapple-Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans, dredged in flour
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
