Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. well drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped walnuts/pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add bell pepper, onion, seasoned salt, 1 cup chopped nuts and pineapple; stir well. Shape into a ball and roll onto remaining one cup of chopped nuts. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
    Serve with crackers.
