Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cornstarch
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice (juice from 2 lemons)
1 tsp. grated rind
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Bring to a boil and stir until thick the sugar, water and cornstarch.
Separate the eggs.
Beat yolks; add to first mixture. Add lemon juice and rind and butter to mixture.
Put into cool, baked pie shell.
