Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. sharp Cheddar
8 oz. Velveeta
1 Tbsp. pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
garlic salt to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix until well blended in a food processor. Roll into two logs. Roll each log in paprika, then roll in chopped pecans.
