Cinna-Meringue Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. light cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen rhubarb or 2 c. (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    6 to 8 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add cream, rhubarb and butter. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.
