Mexican Fudge(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. green taco or enchilada sauce
    corn chips or nachos
Preparation
    Combine cheeses; spread 1/2 in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Beat the eggs; mix with taco or enchilada sauce. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
    Spread remaining cheese on top; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
    Remove from oven; cool slightly so eggs and cheese are firm enough to slice.
    Cut into 1-inch squares; serve squares on corn chips as appetizers.
    Can be served as a main dish by cutting into 4 to 6-inch squares and eliminating corn chips. Makes 81 appetizer servings.
