Hungarian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 carrots
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In greased casserole dish, grate potatoes, onion, carrots and cheese.
    Pour in soup and milk.
    Mix together well. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (uncovered).
