Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. cultured sour cream
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chips in top of double boiler over hot water.
    Stir until completely melted.
    Remove from heat; beat in sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Remember to keep this frosting chilled between servings.
    Yield:
    2 1/2 cups frosting.
