Homemade Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4.12 oz. or 1 c. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Combine cinnamon with applesauce to form a stiff dough.
    If necessary, add additional applesauce.
    Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with cookie cutters and make a hole for a ribbon.
    Carefully place the ornaments on a wire rack to dry. They should air dry for several days.
    Turn them over occasionally to dry completely.
    Makes about 12 ornaments.
