Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large unpeeled potatoes, cut in wedges (8 each)
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Arrange wedges, peel side down, in shallow baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Brush occasionally with remaining oil mixture.
