Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 potatoes, pared and sliced
    1 onion, peeled and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine beef, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Place potatoes in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with onions.
    Cover with beef.
    Spoon pork and beans over beef, then pour on tomato soup.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until done.
