Creamy Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in juices and rind. Pour in 1-quart mold.
(You may add mandarin oranges slices, drained, if desired.)
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
