Plum Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 (6 oz.) jars plum or plum with apples baby food
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, baby food, oil and buttermilk.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to the egg mixture and beat just until moistened.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
    Yield: 2 loaves.
