Stuffed Puff Pastry(Banh Pate Chaud) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/8 tsp. m.s.g.
    6 puff pastry shells
Preparation
    Prepare puff pastry shells as box instructions.
    Remove from oven and set aside.
    In a large skillet, brown pork for about 10 minutes.
    Drain all fat.
    Add in all ingredients to the cooked pork.
    Cook with medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
    Fill pastry with pork.
    Serve immediately.
