Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 or 3 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown meat; season. Peel and slice potatoes thin. In a casserole, put a layer of beef, then layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle onions and cheese; repeat layers. Pour soup over all. Bake at 400\u00b0 (high) until potatoes are done.
