Chicken With 40 Cloves Of Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 - 10 chicken legs and thighs (skinned)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp each - parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary
    1 bay leaf
    40 cloves garlic, peeled
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Coat the chicken pieces with olive oil.
    Lay the chicken in a casserole with tight fitting lid.
    Add the garlic cloves and herbs and all the remaining olive oil.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hrs. without removing lid.
    Serve with French bread.
