Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    7 to 8 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix with mixer 30 seconds.
    Beat at high speed for 3 minutes or by hand.
    Knead by hand until smooth.
    Shape into ball.
    Let rise until double the size.
    Punch down and divide into 4 parts. Press into pizza pans.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes until starts to brown.
    Makes 4 crusts.
