1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 c. lemon lime soda
cinnamon
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Roll out cookie dough onto a 14-inch round pan or stone.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread onto cookie.
