Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes (skins on), cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large plastic Ziploc bag, place all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty into shallow roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
