Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and shortening.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into ball and wrap in foil.
Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
