Rhubarb Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. cut up rhubarb
2 qt. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Boil together the fruit, water, sugar and lemon juice until the fruit is soft, then strain and add the Jell-O while the mixture is still hot.
It may be frozen at this point to serve at a later time.
To Serve:
Mix equal parts of the juice with 7-Up.
