Pita Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put dry yeast in water and add sugar.
    Stir until yeast is dissolved.
    Add the flour and salt; mix well.
    Divide dough into 2 parts.
    Make into 18 or 20 equal sized balls and roll to 5-inches in diameter.
    Place on cookie sheet and let rise until puffy. Bake at 500\u00b0 for about 5 minutes, until puffed, but not too brown. Good with dips or stuffing for sandwiches.
