Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    4 cucumbers
    4 bell peppers
    2 carrots
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
    1 onion
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
Preparation
    Chicken:
    Skin
    chicken and cut into chunks.
    In mixing bowl beat
    2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water; set aside.
    In a separate bowl
    add
    1
    cup of flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add
    chicken to
    egg
    mixture,
    then into flour mixture; coat well.
    In
    a stainless steel pan add about 1/2 cup oil.
    Make sure the
    oil
    is very hot.
    Fry chicken approximately 3 to 5 minutes
    or
    until it turns white.
    Remove from oil and drain well on napkins.
