Mexican Style Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (save grease)
4 large potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 small can tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
grated cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes thinly and lightly brown in bacon grease; set aside.
Combine onions, chilies, tomatoes, oregano, cumin and garlic salt to make sauce.
Mix potatoes with bacon and sauce and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put in casserole and top with cheese.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until the cheese melts.
