Cajun Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
4 lb. pork back ribs (about 2 whole slabs)
Preparation

Combine seasonings.
Rub on all surfaces of ribs.
Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat.
Grill for 1 1/2 hours.
Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces.
Makes 4 servings.
