Taco Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; add enough water for thin pancake batter consistency.
    Salt black skillet and heat.
    Put batter in by tablespoon.
    Put 2 to 3 tablespoons in skillet, then tilt skillet until batter almost covers bottom.
    Fry until brown, then turn.
