Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Dust with flour and dash of pepper.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add sliced mushrooms (drained), onion and garlic.
    Brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth.
    Cover.
    Cook about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
    Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Heat about 5 minutes.
    Serve over 3 cups cooked noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
