Yogurt-Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
3 scallions, chopped
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. drained capers (optional)
Preparation

Mix all but the last optional ingredient together, adding salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
If desired, sprinkle capers over top.
Good for cold fish and game birds.
Makes 1 cup.
