Potato-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. raw potatoes (slices)
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and onions and drain.
Mix milk, soup and pepper together.
In 9 x 9-inch dish layer one-half potatoes and one-half of soup mixture and one-half cheese and one-half sausage.
Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and sprinkle a little more Cheddar cheese over top.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
