Nanny'S Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. reserved chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove bones and cut up.
Put in 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Put soup and broth in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken and eggs.
Combine oleo, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Spoon or pour batter over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
