Clam Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans minced clams
3 Tbsp. butter
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, diced
5 potatoes, diced
3 eggs
milk
Preparation

Cook eggs until hard boiled and put aside.
In medium pot, simmer clams and butter.
The add celery and onions.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.
Cut eggs into pieces and add to stew.
Add enough milk to make stew as thick or as thin as you like.
