Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 egg, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. Key lime juice
1 baked pastry shell (regular or graham)
Preparation

Combine egg, yolks and milk.
Slowly add the lime juice. Pour into a baked pastry shell.
Chill for 4 hours in the freezer. Before serving, top with whip cream or meringue.
