Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into wedges no more than 1/2-inch at widest.
    Shake in a bag with flour and Parmesan cheese.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Put potatoes in pan, taking care not to have them touch each other.
    Salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Use foil to cover the first half hour.
    Turn after 30 minutes and remove foil.
    Kids love these potatoes!
