Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and drain broccoli and mushrooms.
    Slice into bite-size pieces.
    Parboil broccoli.
    Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and mushrooms in a large bowl.
    Add broccoli.
