Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 large chicken breasts
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced sweet pickles
    mayonnaise (enough to mix well)
Preparation
    Cook chicken for 1 hour with enough salt to taste.
    After chicken cools, pick meat off the bone in bite-size pieces.
    Add celery, pickles and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Good for sandwiches or eat as is.
