Spanish Rice(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. raw rice
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in an oiled baking dish.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0), uncovered, for about 1 hour or until rice is soft.
