Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can corn (16 oz.)
1 Tbsp. Crisco, melted
1 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk, corn and melted Crisco. Stir in all dry ingredients. Stir lightly. Drop by spoonful in hot Crisco until golden brown (375\u00b0).
