Cool As A Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. snipped chives or 1 green onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender and blend only until cucumber is finely chopped, not smooth.
Chill and serve.
Garnish with a sprinkle of dill or chives, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
