Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 pork chops
8 to 10 peeled potatoes
butter
1 cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Slice peeled potatoes into rounds.
Layer potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Make a layer of potatoes.
Dot potatoes with butter, salt, pepper and 1/2 can soup.
Make another row of potatoes with butter, salt, pepper and soup.
Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.
Then salt and pepper them.
Cover with foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pork chops look done.
Then take foil off and brown for 8 to 10 minutes.
