Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (same size)
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. dried herbs (your choice) *
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse.
Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
Put potatoes in baking dish.
Fan them slightly.
Sprinkle with salt; drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with cheeses. Return to oven for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
Check for fork.
