Ann'S Oyster Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans potato soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon, fried and diced
    1 qt. oysters, cut bite size
    1/2 cube butter
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    In 5-quart crock-pot, place soup, milk, spinach and bacon. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion and oysters. Cook 5 minutes. Add wine. Cover and cook 20 minutes on low. Add to crock-pot. Simmer 1 hour or longer.
