Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can (13 1/2 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 doz. eggs
1 lb. brown sugar, dark
2 cans evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. pumpkin spice or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. clove, 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix all together;
pour in pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.\tTo test, put knife into pie halfway between
center and edge.
If knife comes out dry, then pie is
cooked.
If
there is anything on the knife, then leave and cook a little longer.
