Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
    Tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spread beans in bottom of casserole dish 9 X 13.
    In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
    Mix in garlic.
    Spread mixture over beans in casserole.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake 15-18 minutes.
    Top with olives, tomato and onion.
    Garnish with additional sour cream if desired.
    May also add fresh parsley and cilantro (2 Tbsp.) if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
