Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Heat all ingredients over low heat in saucepan, stirring until ball forms.
Knead.
