Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, well drained and cut in halves
    1/2 small Mozzarella, diced
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    1 lb. Italian fennel sausage (from butcher)
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Locatelli-Romano grated cheese (level)
Preparation
