Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs, separated
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream together the eggs, sugar and margarine.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into eggs and sugar mixture.
    Add raisins, nuts and coconut.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
