German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boiled potatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    onions
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Break into pieces.
    To drippings in skillet, add flour, water, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard.
    Lay potatoes in casserole with one layer potatoes and one layer of thinly sliced onions until casserole is filled.
    Pour dressing over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
